United States since 1987. She has led programs ranging from a
few thousand dollars to multi-million dollar campaigns and has
worked with small start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.
As a strategic consultant, Dana Kraft has the unique capability
of combining in-depth traditional and online marketing knowledge
with usability expertise and an understanding of the website
development process. This well-rounded approach allows her to
pinpoint unique strategies that are most critical to a company’s
success.
Prior to launching her own company in 2000, Dana Kraft served
as Managing Director and Corporate C.O.O. for a leading advertising
agency in Seattle, Washington. She guided a team of 55 individuals
and 3 offices in creating breakthrough programs utilizing both
traditional and online marketing methods. Dana Kraft was then
recruited to serve as Managing Director of a Seattle-based Web
Development firm specializing in creating complex, dynamic websites
and content management tools. There she led a group of 20 skilled
developers, designers, and program managers in creating e-commerce,
portal, and corporate websites.
In addition to her extensive traditional and online marketing experience,
Dana Kraft has been heavily involved in web usability research
since 1996. She has conducted usability studies with over 300 users
in top metropolitan cities across the United States and has utilized
that insight to create customer-preferred websites and online shopping
models. She has also conducted numerous market research programs
utilizing written surveys, telemarketing research, and focus group
